Payment Info
Payment info is required to secure your appointment. No payment will be taken unless in the event of a no-show.
No-Show’s
In the event of a no-show, 50% of the cost of the original scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file as a convenience fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Guest Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% your original scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
My studio operates by appointment only, no walk-ins. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than early, as I will likely be working with another client. Thank you for respecting my time, client privacy, and allowing me to provide each client with a personalized experience.
To maintain a peaceful and private studio environment, appointments are reserved for the scheduled client only. Please come to your appointment alone, unless a companion has been approved in advance.
Lash Preparation
Please arrive with clean lashes; free of mascara, eyeliner, and other eye makeup. Proper preparation helps ensure the best possible application and retention of your lash extensions.
